She holds a Ph.D. on “Burnout and Satisfaction with Work–Life Balance among Private Hospital Doctors in the Hyderabad Region,” which reflects her deep expertise in workplace well-being, organizational behaviour, and employee performance. Dr. Chavan is a postgraduate in Management from Pragathi Mahavidyalaya, Hyderabad, and also holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati. She has published several research papers in Scopus-indexed and UGC-approved journals, contributing valuable insights to her fields of study.
